Dear Mayor

We are a community organization representing the interest of residents in quality of life issues in Viejo San Juan. We have sent you two letters as of today. The first letter, sent on November 9, 2009, was an introductory letter to let your office know of our group’s formation and objectives. The second letter, sent on December 3, 2009, was to let you know about our first initiative and to request a meeting with you to initiate dialogue and, more importantly, a cooperative working relationship.
