General Meetings

There are 3 types of meetings: Board, Committee, and General. The Advocates choose to host general meetings when all are welcome to come and observe.

This is how they run:

They are scheduled once a monthThey are 90 minutes in duration, start on time & end on timePeople do not complain about problems; They work on solutionsThe committees give updates, report what is next, and request help when neededDue to time constraints, we have to limit those who may speak during the meeting to only committee membersPeople not on a committee may express themselves to individuals before or after the meeting and they are also welcome to express themselves on the Interactive PortalTo get involved Become a Member and choose which committee you would like to work on
